Kitty sessions transfer
For Windows SSH client, I use Kitty instead of Putty at 9bis, mirror can be found at http://www.wuala.com/9bis.com/public/build/0.61.1.1/
It took couple of hours to find Kitty session from the old PC HDD to transfer to the new PC.
Kitty save SSH session (Windows 7) to registry at HCU\Software\9bis.com\Kitty\Sessions
To transfer Kitty session to another PC, backup this file at:
C:\Users\$user\AppData\Roaming\KiTTY\kitty.sav
then import to registry on another PC.

Tầm lãnh đạo
Một người lãnh đạo có thể không có mặt nhưng công việc vẫn tiếp tục chạy trơn tru, có hai trường hợp:
-Lãnh đạo tồi: “không có mợ, chợ vẫn đông”, tầm ảnh hưởng không có đối với cấp dưới, lúc đó các vị trí cấp dưới sẽ tự chạy theo hàng ngang, vẫn chạy trong một thời gian và hiệu quả khó có thể đánh giá được.
-Lãnh đạo tốt: phân công công việc tốt, tạo động lực tốt để cấp dưới có ý thức làm việc, khi đó tuy không có mặt nhưng công việc vẫn chạy tốt. Tuy nhiên không thể giữ công việc trong một thời gian dài vì không có định hướng.
Ngoài ra những người lãnh đạo không thuộc hai trường hợp trên mà lại đi làm lãnh đạo thì hậu quả thật khó lường !
